As such, OP is committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate social responsibility in its business operations and is committed to:
Charitable Contributions
OP is mindful of the community’s cultural, social, and economic needs in the areas where we operate and, where possible, assists in the development of local projects and charitable causes. We also assist employees who want to raise funds for charity by contributing to charitable causes and activities, as well as providing time off. OP works with local community charities on a corporate level as well as through its work sites. This collaboration raises funds for local charities whilst also involving OP’s local community employees in charitable contributions, most notably by sponsoring events at local community schools.

To that end, OP makes it a priority to select, recruit, train, and promote the best candidates based on job suitability. Fairly treats all employees and applicants, regardless of race, gender, marital status, age, nationality, ethnic origin, religious belief, or disability, and ensures that no employee is harassed or intimidated.
OP recognises that our people are our most valuable asset and the key to the company’s continued development and success, and as such, we are committed to providing careers and working environments where our people can reach their full potential; OP recognises that this is not only the right thing to do, but it also ensures that the company attracts and retains the best people.
