OP adopts the internationally recognized Incident Command System (ICS), not only during incident response, but also during normal operation mode. The ICS divisions have been transposed into company divisions in order to eliminate the transition time from normal operation to incident response. This means that our entire workforce operates in a state of emergency readiness throughout the year, even during routine daily activities.
