If you need us to respond to an incident or to be on standby to assist you in case of an emergency, please contact our 24-hour Emergency Hotline.

Your call will be answered by one of our Communication Officers, who will then convey all necessary information to the Duty Manager for further action. Our Duty Manager will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Only clients with a retainer agreement have access to guaranteed response services. Non-retainer clients must sign a service agreement and are not guaranteed a response. Rates and services vary. In addition, our emergency hotline can be contacted for exercises.

Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding the incident, including but not limited to:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Organization or company name
  • Type of emergency
  • Location of the incident
  • Has the occurrence of a spill been on confirmed, or is the notification involving a potential spill incident?
  • Type and estimated quantity of product that has already been spilled or that is expected to be spilled
  • Is the source of the spill under control?
  • Any other safety issues or concerns that should be addressed.
